Indian Head Massage Course

This course is offered to therapists within the massage industry who would like to increase their skills and become qualified in Indian Head Massage based on Dr Mehta methods. This massage incorporates the traditional methods and is performed on the upper back, head, shoulder, neck and arms while being seated on a chair.
Indian head massage is designed to concentrate on the problem areas of our body, so as to assist in relaxation and tension relief.
Students may be required to source outside models throughout the duration of the course - models may be needed for consecutive weeks on occasion

Students who successfully complete the course will be eligible to achieve competency in the units listed above. Students will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for the units successfully completed from the Diploma of Beauty Therapy on completion of the course.
Course Duration:
This course runs over 8 weeks on either Friday's (9am - 3.30pm) or Saturday's (9.30am - 4pm).
Pre-requisite Requirements
Student's must have successfully completed our Massage and Anatomy and Physiology modules. Students who have not completed these modules with us must have successfully completed the following units of competency (or equivilent) and must provide a certified copy of their transcript of results with their enrolment.
- SIBBBOS401A: Perform body massage
- SIBBCCS403A: Recognise body structures and systems in a beauty therapy context
Course Fees
$995.00. A $200.00 minimum non-refundable deposit is required to enrol and secure a position in the course. The balance of the course fees is due on the course commencement date. (A 4 week direct-debit payment plan with integraPAY is available, information will be sent to students with their confirmation of enrolment).
