TAE40110: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Learn to train and assess students! The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification is required in order to teach in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) system (TAFE and private RTO's - Registered Training Organisations), allowing you to assess student's against Nationally Recognised Qualification's.

The TAE40110: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the latests version of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification and has replaced the older TAA40104: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification.

By Completing the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment you will learn how to read and interpret Training Package guidelines and translate Unit of Competency outlines into effective lesson plans and assessment tools.

Understand how to deal with different learning styles and create engaging presentations and class activities to stimulate your class. You will learn valuable skills in managing classroom situations and handling different personalities and learning styles within the classroom to bring out the best in every student.

Learn a range of techniques for assessing competence in different situations and understand the paperwork requirements of training in the VET sector.

Gain an understanding of the RTO standards of registration that all RTO's must adhere to and how these standards translate into requirements of you as a trainer in the VET sector.

Qualification & Units of Competency:

On successful completion of the course, students will receive the nationally recognised TAE40104: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.qualification.

Course Duration:

This course runs over 14 weeks, one evening per week (Tuesday's 5.30pm - 8.30pm) with 5 full day classes on Sunday's from 9.30am - 4pm.

Price:

The course fees are for a position in the course and are payable whether the student completes the course or not. Upon enrolling in the course, the student (and guarantor/s) becomes liable to the institute for the full course fees.

To secure a position in the course, student's must pay a minimum non-refundable course deposit of 10% of the 'Discounted Upfront Payment Price' (listed below).

Full Course Cost (Payment Plan): $1,540.00
